Meeting the 20% Urban Water Use Reduction Goal by 2020 and Beyond

Wondering how the EBMUD community is doing to meet the Water Conservation Act of 2009?  California Senate Bill x7-7 requires urban areas to reduce water consumption 20 percent from baseline levels by the year 2020. EBMUD Manager of Water Conservation Richard Harris, will review Senate Bill x7-7 and provide an update on how the state and the EBMUD community are doing to reach the 2020 goal.
